Poll results and what's next
It's the start of a new month and with it, the poll results. I have to say, the results surprised me.
Here you can see a table with all results and points added together. The way I counted the points is simple. Highest priority vote has 5 points, lowest priority vote has 1 point. Add all points together and you have a score. You can check all the answers here:

1st place: Add missing dialogue
This was really surprising to me. I didn't really know so many of you actualy cared about the story part of the game.
Since this was the highest ranking item on the poll, I will be dedicating my self to it fully. Next major update will have all topic options for all major NPCs and I might add some new cutscenes while I'm at it. I will also try and add more topics.
2nd place: Add main three factions
This will take much longer than adding the dialogue, but it will be worth the wait. This will be a broad update including new locations, dungeons, quests, cutscenes, armor and weapons and so on. I will most likely start with Russians or Germans, and leave Mr. White as the last. This update will come in chunks, each adding one of the factions, so you don't have to wait so long for all of them to come.
3rd place: More uses for trade skills
I will be adding new things to do with skills in / outside of combat. By the time this update comes, there will be new locations and dungeons in the game. This means I will be adding new shortcuts to unlock, skill checks, job oportunities and so on.
4th place: Add Riverstone faction
This will be much easier and quicker to do. Some cutscenes, events and very little new gear and mechanics, since most of them will be in the game at this point.
5th place: Expand the church faction
This is self explanatory. I will be adding new ranks, quests, new spell tiers and more. Cutscenes, quests and other events will be added as well.
The rest
The rest of the features will also be added, but only after these five are added first, and I will most likely add them out of order. Some of the smaller features might be added before the big five, since I might end up working on them in the background (character sprites is one such thing).
Text answers
I also added an option for you to tell me what you want directly and anonymously. Since few people took the time to write some of these suggestions, I will take my time to answer them. Seems only fair to do so.
I really hope for a more realistic approach to stats and avoiding power creep as much as possible. I don't want another classical RPG where by the end of it you have 10000 hp 2500 strength and go to fight God. You can look up Kenshi and LonaRPG, their approach is somewhat more nuanced i think. Please let the character's HP be limited and the battle system more dependent on blocks, evasions and things like that. It would make the game's premise of surviving as a little girl much more immersive and satisfying, I really mean it.
My intention is to do both. Your maximum stats will in the future be heavily limited. You will be able to raise this limit by getting older and maybe increasing your wellness, but that's it.
Unless, you decide to throw away your humanity. In the game, you can already use ichor and mutate. Later versions will have more ways to get stronger, at the price of your humanity. If you stay fully human, you will be way too weak to do certain things. If you use mutagens, bionic implants and use the ichor, you will be able to fight pretty much anything, but this will not only afect your looks, but your mental health and more. In a negative way.
more mutation content and kobold content
More diverse Mutations
This is definitely coming. Once I overhaul the character graphics, I will start adding more mutations, armor and clothes.
Implement slavery
As I develop factions more, I will be adding a feature where you can own certain teritories, which will come with resource nodes. You will be able to hire workers / capture slaves, so you can get those resourcess passively every week.
As for your main character being a slave, I might be adding something similiar if you get defeated by humans and they decide to capture you instead of killing you. This is however just a very early idea.
Sorry for being a silent fan, i'm really enjoying the game, and looking forward for a new update. That being said, i do support your decision of limiting the amount content in each update. Some of selections are contents i secretly wished to see, but i lowered their priority in favor of fleshing out the game story and characters' personalities. Additionally, i don't want these contents update to take away your focus on developing the game, so i support your decision of releasing smaller update patch. Thank you for listening, and cheers for Sinathir!
Thanks for these kind words. Last few years were rough for me. Few people that were with me for a long time left and some passed away. However, life goes on and while this slowed the development quite a bit, I want to pust forward and continue working on the game.
New areas/dungeons for exploration
As I said above, this will be coming with the three main factions.
As a small sidenote, I want every dungeon to be unique in some way. Kobold dungeon is simple and basic, but the mine dungeon has blind enemies you have to avoid and the last dungeon has random encounters (Which I will rework a little to make them less random). New dungeons will have some kind of gimick too. One of the ideas I have is a dungeon that will take away everything in your inventory and you will have to use the resourcess you find inside to make your weapons and gear on the fly. I also want to add some kind of "infinite" dungeon at some point. We will see.
I must admit, I would have a preference for a different style of combat. However, I must commend you for the excellent quality of your work; it truly is impressive, and I hold a deep appreciation for your efforts.
Thank you. New combat system will come at some point, but this will be huge undertaking. That's why it wasn't even on the poll.
The Music minigame idea would be fun. There doesn't feel like there's in-depth gameplay for non-combat builds and Minigames [The Idea for a music one and the possible pick-pocket] will help add some more simple complexity to the non-combat portions of the game. IF your plan is expand the Sandbox of the non-combat portions of the game I would recommend something additional to engage with, since as of now the non-combat playthroughs are mostly just topping off of resources to the finish date rather then engaging with a kind of competition. [Compared to Combat which has escalating hostility till an optional way to end the game] However it may not be something to begin to expand upon until another way to end the game is implemented first or combat is at your desired point. [focusing on Combat is also very understandable since this is going to be the default way to play the game for the majority of people]
non-combat activities are indeed lacking right now. This will be adressed in one of the main updates I talked about above, but minigames would be one way to make them more interesting and I will try add some in the future. Music minigame is the obvious one to add, but that would require new music. Which leads me to...
Next update
I will release new update most likely tomorrow. It will include one small bugfix, new music and key shortcuts.
You will be able to press one of the highlighted keys on the map or the menu to open that screen instantly. So if you press "E", you open the equip screen. This will hopefuly make menu navigation for some of you easier. I did some quick testing and everything seems to work fine.
I also replaces all overworld combat music with partialy generated music. This means that I made simple midi tune. Either a short loop or a full song, I fed it to AI multiple times and then edited the results untill I got what I wanted. Here is a small preview.
While this music is not perfect, it gives better results than just searching for free music, or using my very limited skills to make simple midi music.
This also means that I can actualy make different music for different locations. Southern Sinathir (The entire game right now) will have battle music that has medieval metal theme, east will have industrial metal, west will have electro and north will have traditional soviet motives.
This is something I will be working on between updates.
And I think that's it for this post.

I send my regards from KK4ever and I look forward to your future updates and I hope it will be Russian
I saw the video. Really happy someone actualy take the time and efford to make something like that. It made me really happy.
As for different languages, sadly I don't speak Russian, so I can't make an official translation. Once the game is close to being finished, I will start looking more into other translations and might involve the community in some way.
I wish you all the best
